For anyone who’s ever (or never!) thought about Pilates and wondered what it is all about, this course teaches Pilates literally from the ground up.
If you have previously done pilates I also offer progression adjustment to poses at intermediate level for those wanting a more intense workout.
You’ll end up feeling mobilised, energised and with that Pilates glow!

Anyone at any level of their Pilates journey.
I’m a fully qualified Balanced Body Pilates instructor who happens to be 65 – no gym bunny to stress you out, just someone who knows what they are doing to help you do and feel your best and, hopefully, give you some inspiration.
These Zoom sessions give you the best of both worlds. You’re in the privacy of your own home, and I can give you personalised instructions. The group setting means it’s cost-effective. So bring your partner and a yoga mat (each!) and let’s get moving.
You will learn:
* How to identify and work with your core
* What is alignment and why is it important
* What makes YOUR body individual and why that’s important for you to understand
* How to breathe (did you think you knew that?)
By the end of the course you will have learned all the basic exercises of the beginner Pilates Mat Class and be well set to continue your wellbeing journey.

I’m a qualified Balanced Body Pilates instructor and have been studying qi gong for many years, with Shi Heng Yi at the Shaolin Temple Europe and more recently under Sifu Yap Bo Chong in Kuala Lumpur, the Lineage Holder of the Yan Shou Gong.
