Find Your Harmony:

Two sessions over two days, with your horse
at Hollow Farm Equestrian, Gloucester.

Finding the Bluetooth Connection of Harmony asks one major thing from the rider.
To identify how to activate and develop their bodies to move correctly with their horse.
So we’ve developed a mini program we call the Essence of Harmony.

Led by Marion Voss (The Gentle Touch) and Clara Zawawi (Six Lessons & Pilates), this packed clinic will include:

Individual analysis of your body and how YOU move with YOUR horse.

Pilates, Neuroanatomy and Seat Training, combined.

Tailored analysis and exercises to help find what YOU need to strengthen your core and find straightness to support your riding.
That’s not where it ends, of course. But it’s the best possible beginning,

Learn techniques to ground yourself and develop a deep, intuitive "Bluetooth connection" with your horse.

🧘‍♀️ Who & How

Anyone at any level of riding.

On Saturday, we will analyse your movement with your horse in walk and trot (rising and sitting). Then we will give you tailored exercises to activate and mobilise the deep inner muscles necessary to improve your seat.

On Sunday, when your brain and body have had time to absorb and activate, you will have the chance to see how you can use your learnings in the saddle. Changes will be tangible.

📓 Useful information

Your time slot will apply across both days – ie if you book 0900 on Saturday that will be your slot on Sunday as well.

You are more than welcome to stay and observe the whole weekend but we understand that people are busy and there’s no pressure to do so.

Having said that, we create a supportive and nurturing environment and expect all participants or spectators to stay in the zone!

The course is based on the learnings of the last eighteen years with my horse, A’bientot – better known as “The Sheikh”.
He was the main man, but he wasn’t alone; Humans along the way have been:

  • I’m an owner, rider and firm believer in the methods of ARR to create the grounded and balanced horse in accordance with classical methods.

    This very particular mix of expertise, experience and love has helped me create this course in order to help other owners who are searching for the same solutions for themselves that have taken me 10 years and more to find.
